From the begging of the company existence until the seventies, we were mainly engaged in production based on the five museum decorations. Anna Pasierbiewicz was the first, who in 1973 professionally started designing new decorations in minimalistic style, mostly in cobalt colours and Bronisław Wolanin, the Artistic Manager, who designed one of the most important decoration for us, 70A – white dots on the dark blue background, which is still our hallmark. Some of the decorations created at that times are still manufacturing today.

The design process initiated a great develops of the Cooperative, enriched its trading offer about original designs and allowed to achieve new markets, win many awards and distinction in prestigious competitions in Poland and abroad.

Artists, who began this difficult art of designing Teresa Liana, Maria Starzyk, Maria Ciszewska, Maryla Iwicka, Irena Mączka and Jacek Chyła are well known all over the world for their unique designs often inspired by the surrounding nature and positive associations.

The current offer of the Artistic Handicraft Cooperation “Ceramika Artystyczna” in Bolesławiec is a collection of several thousand standard and unique authorized decorations, created by over twenty designers as well as the Limited Edition designs, hand painted by experience artists.
